A. Michi McClure, JD
Michi McClure, J.D. is the Principal Owner of 4C Compliance. Michi believes that Compliance and Ethics is not only a fundamental element of business, but also an enjoyable challenge when framed appropriately. With over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and scaling Compliance programs, she has provided expert guidance in a variety of settings including: hospital systems, local government, physician groups, managing service organizations, and pharmacies; and has also served as a federal regulator for the Department of Health and Human Services Agency. Michi holds a Juris Doctorate and an extensive list of Compliance certifications
Technical Consultant
Fikir Wordofa, CHC, CHPC
Fikir Wordofa is a Technical Consultant for 4C Compliance. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Privacy (CHPC) Professional with more than 6 years of experience working with large hospital systems, clinical research organizations and telehealth startups. She is specialized in program implementation, policy development, process redesign and improvement of internal controls and products, communications and training, and incident response. She focuses on building a culture of compliance by building bridges of communication with various teams and stakeholders, and identifying areas of opportunity to educate and integrate Compliance and Privacy requirements across the organization.
